Halloween

Halloween this year, really didn't feel much like Halloween. Nor did the Fall feel much like Fall. no pumpkin patches, cute pumpkin pictes ( these ate my favorite), no cooler weather with cute sweaters and boots :), and no candy (not such a bad thing). We didn't do any trick or treating and we only dressed up for one Halloween party. Funny thing is I'm not that disappointed. Halloween, although lots of fun to see the kids get all dressed up and hand out candy is not really my favorite holiday. So, I'm thankful this year we did get to dress the kids up and that we also decided to paint little pumpkins rather than pay the fortune it is here for a big one to carve.

Our ninja turtles :)

It was hard to get a picture.
This was our friends Halloween get together. So much fun and such creative people putting it together! The kids were precious!

Costumes and Singapore weather don't mix all that well :) we were stripping about 30 min into the party.

Happy Halloween!!

Soccer

L rocking the soccer cleats. We have been readin Pete the Cat books, super cute by the way, and so we are singing the im rocking my soccer cleats! :)

As his Daddy said, "this is a momentous occasion!"

J trying on a pair of cleats as well, he is ready to start playing too!!

We found the perfect ones!

First soccer practice!

Not sure who is more excited, him or me!!

The kids don't play actual games but they learn drills, coordination, and listening to directions. His coach, Coach Francis is from the English Futbol League and seems to very well with the kids and L is just loving it. Sure helps that 2 of his buddies are doing the lessons with us!

J man practicing his skills ;)

Stretching.

1st attempt at big boy bed.

As we have returned from our home leave we decided there is no better time to make a transition to the big boy bed for our littlest boy! He was soooooo excited to get to sleep in his Bubs room!

All ready!!

Two excited boys!!

End result: stayed in bed the whole night but fail on timing. Note to self, jet lag and new sleeping arrangements do not mix. L really needed to sleep in the morning and J thought everyone needed to rise and shine by 6. Will try again at a later time!

Running up and down the beach all day makes a boy hungry!

Watch out Daddy's feet are a tad bit bigger...

Love this!

My world!
How blessed our boys are to have a Daddy that LOVES them so much!

We had SO much fun being "Home," It will be almost a year before we come back again and I can't imagine how BIG these boys are going to be then. I'm so thankful they have a love for the beach, outdoors, fishing, ocean already. It's Momma's favorite place to be!

Boat Ride Adventure

Had to post about this, one of those don't want to forget moments! :)
Uncle Bill was so generous in letting us take the boat out while we were at the beach and what did we do... went and broke it! The boys first "out at sea" experience. It wasn't actually that bad, just humorous or at least some of us thought so!

Ready to ride the waves!

Emme, J, Papa & L

Cool dudes.

The ladies with the babies...

Boat ride is going great!!
