McRitchie Reservoir

One place we were really looking forward to taking Grandma was McRitchie Reservoir. One of the neat things about being in Singapore is the wild monkeys that are around. You don't see them too often around were we live, the government really trys to regulate where the monkeys are, but in this national park they are EVERYWHERE!

The sad part about this park is that people continue to feed the monkeys which tends to make them more aggressive.

This boy is ready for anything!

We saw a bunch of monkeys right when we entered the park!

Logan on his own little island.
They also have practice lanes for dragon boats & kayaks.

Little warrior, always with a stick, I mean sword in hand.

The trails in MacRitchie are beautiful! Well worth the exercise and outing!

Getting ready to do the treetop walk.
This is another reason we wanted to bring Grandma here!

After the treetop walk it is L.O.T.S. of STAIRS!
I mean LOTS!!

Luckily we didn't hesitate to stop for snacks and breaks.
Not sure Jackson will be a fan of monkey's anymore after this adventure. A monkey tried to get a hold of his oranges & scared him so bad it knocked him over off the back of a bench.
I feel ya buddy!

The boys did so wonderful! They were both exhausted by the end, as well as this Momma, but it was fun and a beautiful day for an adventure!!
