One of our FAVORITE summer treats is watermelon.
At a MOPS meeting a few weeks ago one of the Mentor Mom's brought fruit for breakfast and watermelon was one of the fruits and it was just gorgeous, it was one of those you could smell as you were approaching it. Can you tell now how much I love it! I asked her where she had gotten it and she said Wal-Mart so of course after that meeting I went and got one!
And it was just as delicious as she said it was... YUM!
Logan I think may like watermelon more than his Momma though..
We don't eat watermelon by the piece we it by the slice...
Looks like we will be chowing down on some sweet watermelon ALOT this summer.
Note to self: Do not give children watermelon close to bedtime... result = up all night peeing.
