It has been a goal of mine to try and visit some of my dearest friends in Fort Worth at least once a month.
It is so hard, even being only 2 hours away to make that happen sometimes.
We have done it twice... Wahoo!!
Both times were an absolute blast though; Mel came here once and I went there once!
I cherish her friendship a lot and especially both of us being Mom's has been wonderful to encourage each other!
We hit up the pool area in her neighborhood which was a blast! They had a shallow kid section that Jackson enjoyed! (He loves water!!)
And me not thinking.. did not bring a bathing suit hung out in my shorts and t shirt-- Thankful Mel was sweet enough to take Logan in the deeper end where he could swim
Aunt Catie joined us which we LOVED and Jackson hung out with her on the side for a while!
Her nephew's adore her!
Of course bath time together!!
