Something new & Size 11

Someone has discovered he can pull up in his bed and stand now!!!

Does he not look proud of himself?!?

First and last time buddy you will be standing that tall over the railing.
But, we are PROUD of you!!

So while my parents were here they went and bought Logan some new sandals since ALL of his shoes he has yet again grown out of.
What size are we in now you ask... 11's.

11!!!

I certainly was beside myself when they told me what size they had to get!
Oh sweet boy, I better enjoy you while your this size and shorter than me.  I have a feeling I  am going to be the short one in a few years.

Much love,
The Weathers

We L.O.V.E. this weather!!

Just before nap time we thought we would get one more dose of the beautiful weather outside and really prepare ourselves to rest during nap time.

Jackson sitting in the sun-- I was so nervous about his fair skin I put an umbrella out.
I know Vitmain D is good for you but, a lobster baby isn't!

We may be straining a little bit here...

Sweet, sweet Logan!

This has to be one of my favorite pictures of my big boy!!
Dirt, smile, & rosy cheeks and somehow his shirt is still white?!?

We build trenches, roads, tunnels, valleys... you name it we dug it!

Jackson wanted to hold the umbrella for a little bit..

Sweet big brother shading his little brother...

Hmm.. what is this green stuff...

I think I'll try it... yep the stage that never ends (or at least we are at 2.5years old and it hasn't ended)... everything in the mouth!!

Bring on some more BEAUTIFUL weather!!!

Much love,
The Weathers

Bulger Family Weekend

Although I did not take many pictures this weekend, oh how I wish I would have remembered in all the activities throughout the day...
Last weekend the Bulger's came to visit, not only my parents but my sister and Andrew as well.
It was such a wonderful, relaxing time together.

My sister and Andrew stayed with us and got here Friday night.  Andrew had his first encounter with the movie Cars (he loved it!).. who wouldn't like such a good movie and Logan was just attached at the hip to his Aunt Catie. Wanted nothing to do with his parents or anyone else.

Saturday we all woke up and had breakfast and then headed our separate ways...
the girls (+Jackson--he didn't have a choice) hit up Canton & the boys piddled around Tyler visiting Racquet and Jog, Academy, the mall, Chick-fil-a and who knows where else.
After everyone go home Logan showed everyone how he was getting good at riding his bike.  Papa learned quickly that Logan has one speed, fast & faster. We played trains, ate (too much), played ping pong, and just enjoyed the company! We enjoyed dinner together at Jake's that night.  It was so much fun, we ate too much and laughed too hard!
Sunday we woke up at breakfast at the Diner and then Catie & Andrew came to church with us while Mom & Dad headed back.

My Mom also brought LOTS of goodies with her, as always!
New decor for my doors and house, along with this picture frame which is incredibly special and VERY creative!
The pictures is of my cousins and I with our Grandmomma on the place we loved most, the beach.  She passed away last January and all the ear bobs around the picture were hers.  I LOVE IT!! It will be a center piece in my house for years to come. My Mom made one for my cousin and my sister.

To say the least it was a wonderful family weekend!

Much love,

Silly Brothers..

These boys are always goofing around..
Especially when it's not so  pretty outside and we are stuck inside most of the day.

*Sidenote: Did not realize Jackson's shirt was unbuttoned until... right now.*

Brother's like to copy each other...

Smile at each other...

Help each other eat...

Most of all best buddies!
So thankful for my sweet boys and their love for each other!
Don't get me wrong we have our moments of being not-so-loving, but it's the sweet ones I want to encourage and remember! :)

Much love,

The Weathers

Where's Jackson??

The other day Logan and I went to get him dressed and left Jackson playing on the floor in the living room.
When we cam back we found him like this...

We would say, "Where's Jackson??"

Jackson's response...
*Snicker* & Grin

We then got upset because we kept getting farther in the toy box...

It was fun to say the least!

Much love,

Zoo Day with the Gentry's

We had a gorgeous day last week and we took full advantage of it!!
We started off the day with a trip to the zoo with some of our favorite people the Gentry's!!

Logan and Macy looking at the baby giraffes that were out this morning!
I think I was more excited about that than them.

Say cheese kids...
Drum roll...

Sweetest thing on earth happened in this moment...
Sure wish I would have had a video camera instead of just a regular one..
They hugged each other and Macy look at Logan and said, "I wuv you Logan."
Melt a Mommas heart..
Of course Logan was trying to escape after that... but it was just the sweetest thing!

The little kiddos hanging out in the stroller!

Eden girl..

Alligators out and lively!

Cheese!

Logan and the birds..

The zoo was wonderful and we fully enjoyed it!!
After the zoo we headed to the park to eat lunch with some more friends and play a little bit more... unfortunately our day ended with a huge knot on our head and scrap on hands and knees.
But, that story is for another time.

Much love,
The Weathers

Our sweet boys

Jackson rolling around and smiling as usual!

Really ready to crawl!

Always something to laugh about.

Big brother.. with his favorite.  Apple jacks & milk.

Preface:
Here is what happens when you put your toddler on the potty and go check on your infant who is in the living room....

Smiling so nice... Don't you think that's a sorta mischievous smile?!?

Clue #2: Roll of toilet paper is missing...

Clue #3: Notice the toilet paper coming out all sides of the toilet bowl.

And there you have it folks...
Reason why you never leave a toddler on the potty with a full roll of toilet paper next to him.
Potty 1... Mom 0

Jackson has been pulling up ALOT lately.

As you can tell he is pretty proud of it too.

Little brotherly love! ;)

Much love,
The Weathers
