Christmas with the Bulgers

The Thursday before Christmas my parents came to spend some time with us before we left for Fort Worth. It was wonderful!

On Friday evening we had a Birthday party for Jesus with our neighbors- Stockhammers!
So thankful to be surrounded by such a wonderful brother and sister in Christ!
To prepare we made some cookies.

Emme & Logan had a lot of fun decorating them all!!

Of course we need Daddy to be a little silly!

Our sweet neighbor Lora brought over cookies she made. BEAUTIFUL!!
This evening was a blessing and such a wonderful reminder of why we even celebrate Christmas.
We shared a meal together of brisket, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, and rolls.
JD read the Christmas story from the book of Luke and the kids even got the nativity scene and semi-acted it out with the scene as JD went along in the story.
We had birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to Jesus and then enjoyed an evening of fellowship.

Happy Birthday Jesus!

Much love,
The Weathers
