Logan turns 4!!

I cannot believe our baby boy, or rather our BIG boy turned 4 years old today! 

What a HUGE JOY he is to our life and constantly wanting to learn and explore! He reminds me of his Daddy more and more each day! 

We ordered the boys some birthday presents from Amazon. We tested out the new Amazon Global Shipping option and it was awesome! 

Logan got his first set of Legos! 

Talk about love at first sight! 

They each got a Transformer. A few of their friends here have these and they LOVED them. 

Something we have been wanting to get the boys for a while is a Dr. kit. Our dear friends the Stockhammers who we spent LOTS of time with in Tyler had this one and we still remember the kids playing together with it. Brings back some sweet memories! :) 

We got some new bedtime/naptime books!

The morning of Logan's birthday Jackson was up early--Ha, that sounded like that was a new thing! So, he and I (well, me) blew up a bunch of balloons to put in his room for when he woke up. We wrote his name and the number 4 on all of them! He was surprised to see all the balloons when he woke up. 

Jackson was excited to join in his Bub's birthday fun!

Our tradition in Singapore has been a donut on your birthday with a candle! 

Of course not having had a donut in 6 months really makes you appreciate them!

Sweet, precious boy! I can't believe it's already been 4 years! You have grown so much this year in every way shape and form! You are the best big brother and friend to those around you! This year has been a learning year for you, learning self control, relationships, respect, and responsibility. You are always eager to learn, participate, and love on us! You have learned the "Why?" question quite while and utilize it ALL the time! We hope you never stop asking that!  You come up with the funniest comments and keep us on your feet with what you will say! We are so proud of the man you are becoming! We continue to pray for your heart and character as God draws you closer to Him! 

I continue to remind myself that this is really my last year to have you all to myself as school will start! I hope you know I enjoy EVERY SINGLE moment I get to spend with you exploring, having adventures, and loving life!
