Happy Birthday 27th Birthday!!

I know I'm a little late on this post, JD's birthday was last Friday, but we celebrated all weekend long!
He just got back from his Colorado trip which covered his birthday gift from Logan and I and I think he was ok with that! :)
It was an absolute blessing to spend the weekend with him though and celebrate HIM! We are blessed and so thankful for the husband and father we have in this man! He is always loving, caring, honest, thoughtful, playful, humorous, the best handy-man we know, teacher, confidant, Christ-following and best friend we have! Our lives would not be complete without this man. So Happy Birthday to a terrific Dad & loving husband!!

Our little cleaner-upper
One of JD's requests for his birthday was that we make a homeade pumpkin pie. We made them last year too and they were SO good! This year we had a little extra help though!

He did it all by himself the rest of the time until his seeds were gone! So smart!!

To finish of the birthday man's birthday right we hit up Gander Mountain, Lowes, Walmart, and put together a wonderful lasagna, bread, salad, and pumpkin pie dinner!
