Today you are 1 Month Old, and I promise I will only count months now instead of weeks ;) But, how fast this one month FLEW by!! You are growing by the minute and getting sweeter by the second! We are SO blessed by you and how much we look forward to seeing you continue to grow!
At 1 Month:
Weight: Approx. 9lbs-9.5lbs; Growing boy, I love your little rolls :)
Height: Approx. 20 inches
Diapers: Size 1-- We moved you up due to some unfortunate mishaps with NB diapers
Let's just say size 1 contains you better :)
Sleeping: 5-6 hour stretches at night
Nursing: Morning feeding 5:30-6am, 8:30a, 1130a, 230-3p, 5:30-6p, 830p Last feeding before bed, 230-330a, then morning feeding.
Clothes: 0-3mths, NB getting a little snug on you brother
*Oohhing & Ahhhing all the time!
* Sticking your tongue out
* Much more alert and have good wake periods during the day
* LOVE being held... not so much a bouncy chair/swing baby-- utilizing the Moby wrap ALOT (Thank you Lora)
*Still rarely take a paci, only if it's almost time to eat and to stall you will you take it
* Love bath time
*Finally getting some of that gas controlled... still have your moments but not near as frequent
*Your big brother still adores you... even more maybe now, he shows you off to everyone
*Have been on numerous outings
*First stuffy nose
*Smiling frequently, not in response, just randomly
*Still dislike tummy time; we will get there though
*Love to lay flat on your back, not a fan of being elevated
You have stolen my heart, along with your brother and father and I am amazed at the new things you do each day! No matter what exhaustion takes over, I am overwhelmed with JOY and PRAISE everytime I look at you! What a blessing you are and how thankful I am to be your Mom!
