Bike Riding & Puddle Jumping

Logan has recently learned to ride a bike!
He has done such a wonderful WONDERFUL job at picking it up.
We started at a slow walking pace, but now we are up to sprinting speed.
We have added it to our daily activities, once around the neighborhood at least!
He is getting better about being aware of cars, curbs, parked cars, and other people. For a while there at the beginning his goal was just FAST--one of the requirements to having a Lightning McQueen bike is that we have to be Lightning McQueen fast.

Logan has especially enjoyed riding his bike with his neighbor friend Tessa!
And this is how that usually goes-- The Dads end up chasing the kiddos.

Then the Dad's tag out and I take off.

Speedy Logan.

Putting up our helmet to puddle jump.

Were a little excited about getting wet and dirty!

Sweet Tessa

Not only do we have to chase them on our bikes, but they are still too fast on foot!

O course what would puddle jumping be without a little mud puddle jumping?!?

Oh man.. good thing we were planning on redoing the landscaping in those flower beds.
They were just helping us prepare the soil.

Sweet Friends!

So thankful for such sweet neighbor friends!! Very blessed!
Looking forward to LOTS of sunny days playing outside!

Much love,
The Weathers
